An assessment category where you can define a persona and run real-world scenario-based interviews for customer facing roles.

For example; Sales Executive role will get an assessment to deal with an objection of a customer who is “angry” about a certain matter. The AI will role-play the customer, and based on how well the candidate manages them, the assessment will be graded.
